For over 60 years, Florida Pump service has been serving North Florida and South Georgia with reliable 24-hour service. While our business hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday, a service representative is always monitoring our phone calls. After hours, a voice messaging system will take your call, and then notify the proper service representative.
Do You Need Emergency Service?
Please call 904-269-0202 to reach our emergency service line. When our after-hours voice service line picks up, you will be instructed to hit 2 on your touch-tone-phone.
After The Beep, Tell Us:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Location of the problem
- What the problem is
- Your phone number again
Please leave your phone number twice so that we are sure to get it. Once you finish the message and hang up, a service representative will call you back within 15 minutes.
Do You Need To Schedule A Non-Emergency Appointment?
If you need pump service, but it can wait a day or two, please feel free to call us during our business hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday). You can also open a service ticket with us here to schedule service between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday.

- The address of the job
- A detailed description of the problem
A service representative will contact you by phone within 24 business hours of receiving the service ticket.
